Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution. Resolutions are handled at the discretion of Noiek Rolyat Fine Cigars.
